RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Information Notice on the right of withdrawal and return of faulty and non-conforming goods.
You are entitled to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason, within 14 days from when you or any appointed third-parties (i) receive the product or (ii) if several products on one order are delivered separately, from the date the last product was received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must inform Triboo Digitale of their decision by accessing the "My Returns" page from their Account or, if not registered on the site, by accessing the dedicated page and entering the order number and the e-mail with which the purchase was made. Alternatively, the User may send an explicit declaration of their decision to withdraw to Triboo Digitale via the contact form or to the e-mail address customercare@store.lancia.com.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. This means they must be in perfect condition, complete in all their parts, unused, in their original packaging, and with all manuals, labels, and tags still attached.
Our warehouse staff will inspect all returned items to ensure their proper condition. Any reduction in value will be charged to the User, who will receive a refund for the remaining amount.
The return address must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your request form before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which Triboo Digitale receives your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such refunds using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you request the refund via a different means of payment, in which case you will be charged for any additional fees incurred as a result of your choice of such means. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having despatched the goods, whichever is the earliest.
If you have received the product, please return it to Triboo Digitale without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the day you sent notice of your withdrawal. The deadline shall be met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you exercise your right of withdrawal via the website using the return service provided by the website, before confirming the withdrawal request, the cost to return the goods will be indicated.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY - Return due to defect or nonconformity
In case of defects and / or non-conformity, you will be entitled to restore the conformity of the product, by repair or replacement, or alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by the Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, you may request the repair or replacement or refund of the item. Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive (EU) 771/2019 and the Consumer Code, the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers defects of products for up to 24 (twenty-four) months from delivery, it being understood that your action to assert the aforementioned lack of conformity will expiry in any case within the term of twenty-six months from delivery.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our Customer Care service to request your Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) Code sending the fully completed form, together with any photographic evidence. You can do this using the contact form or by writing to customercare@store.lancia.com.
Customer Care will send you a confirmation email with shipping instructions and indications on how to change or request a refund for the purchased product. The authorisation to return the product will in no way constitute recognition of the non-conformities, the existence of which must be ascertained by us after the return. We reserve the right to reimburse the defective item only after carrying out the appropriate quality checks, to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product. In the event that the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will refund you by the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.).
Please note, if you use an alternative courier service, Lancia cannot be held liable.
